Private Projects
If you mark a project "private", it will not be publicly linked on codepad.org, and will contain a noindex tag to advise search engines not to index it. the same will be done for pastes submitted to your project. This is a basic, minimally effective form of privacy: other users won't be able to find your project without being sent (or guessing) its URL.
